| We are not just citizens of Heaven we are also citizens of this state and this nation. As Christian citizens we should participate in government, which is one of only three institutions, along with the family and the church, that God ordained. | |||
After changes to the law enacted in 1995, registering to vote is very easy. Each citizen can now accomplish his or her own registration by taking a few minutes to complete a simple form and dropping it by the County Clerks office or putting it in the mail to the Secretary of State. An excellent idea is to obtain several forms and lead a registration drive in your church, in your neighborhood and in your community. No special training or qualification is necessary. Would you consider leading such an effort? You may obtain the forms from your County Clerks office or by mail from the Secretary of State by calling 1-800-482-1127. Together we can make a difference and not just impact public policy for the better we can enhance our witness and the gospel message. Please do this and do it now for the sake of our children and our culture. |
